Guests are invited to choose freely from a seasonal menu rooted in Japanese technique and local produce—celebrating vegetables, fruits and grains refined through care and intention.

Our food menu is designed for choice and sharing, offering a more flexible way to experience COFU. Sushi, donburi, and seasonal appetizers are prepared using Japanese techniques and local produce.

The Booth Area offers a cozy, semi-enclosed setting shaped by soft curves and warm lighting. A S-curved couch that can be arranged with multiple tables—well-suited for small group dinners or intimate gatherings.

The Lounge Area features low sofa seating and coffee tables, creating a relaxed space for a few drinks, a casual date night, or an easy gathering with friends.
