・Please ensure you select the correct seating type. The Omakase Experience is offered only at designated time slots. Standard tables do not include the omakase counter experience.
・An 18% gratuity is automatically added for parties of five or more.
・We have a 5-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running more than 5 minutes late for your reservation.
・Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes for parties of up to 2; 2 hours for parties of up to 6; and 2 hours 30 minutes for parties of 7+.
・ Changes to reservations can be made online through OpenTable up until 24 hours before the reservation.
・ No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $25 charge per person and a $130 charge for the Omakase counter.

COFU Chinatown is proudly 100% vegan.
We do not use nuts, though we cannot guarantee products are made in nut-free facilities.
We’re happy to accommodate gluten-free and oriental vegetarian/vegan diets.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance—especially if it’s health-related—so we can prepare accordingly.

Japanese cuisine is built on balance and intention, so our dishes are not designed for substitutions.
