・Please ensure you select the correct seating type. The Omakase Experience is offered only at designated time slots (5:45 PM & 8:00 PM). Standard tables do not include the omakase counter experience.
・An 18% gratuity is automatically added for parties of five or more.
・We have a 5 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 5 minutes after your reservation time.
・Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes for parties of up to 2; 2 hours for parties of up to 6; and 2 hours 30 minutes for parties of 7+.
・ Changes to reservations can be made online through OpenTable up until 24 hours before the reservation. No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of $25 per person. Changes to guest count made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a charge of $25 per person.

COFU Chinatown is proudly 100% vegan.
We do not use nuts (except coconut), though we cannot guarantee products are made in nut-free facilities.
We’re happy to accommodate gluten-free and oriental vegetarian/vegan diets.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance—especially if it’s health-related—so we can prepare accordingly.

Japanese cuisine is built on balance and intention, so our dishes are not designed for substitutions.

The dining experience takes approximately 90 to 120 minutes. We offer two seating times—5:45 PM and 8:00 PM—Wednesday through Sunday, for up to 8 guests per seating.
Reservations are required to secure your seat; however, we occasionally have same-day availability. Please feel free to call us at 604-336-1166 to inquire about seats on the day of your visit.
