Open on weekends, Hush is COFU’s quiet coffee space—offering beans from Japanese roaster Hiyori, alongside matcha and hojicha beverages made with ceremonial-grade Uji tea from Kyoto.

House-made sweets such as COFU Cake and matcha pudding are available, with a selection of cocktails for those who prefer a more spirited start to the day.
